Donna Benjamin is a former Chief People Officer and senior executive who has built and led people and corporate services functions across complex organisations including Shell Energy, Superloop and Pax8. She has led the people streams of more than 10 acquisitions and partnered closely with C-suite leaders and Boards to drive performance, culture and growth at scale. As Founder of Peak Coaching and Advisory and creator of the Peak People Ladder, Donna now works with medium to large organisations to deliver strategic HR advisory, leadership development and executive coaching.
